The Pantry's lounge is a spacious, bright, well-placed room for watching all that goes on in the vibrant town of Looe. With three large windows and a great view of Looe's clock tower. If you're a fan of BBC's Beyond Paradise, you'll recognise it as Shipton Abbot's local Police Station! The comfy sofas and calm blue colours help you relax and unwind after a day shopping or at the beach. It's a great place to get together, with a large games trunk, or you could watch a movie on the smart TV. If you feel like doing a bit of work on your holiday, there is a dedicated well lit workspace in the corner with Fibre Broadband. For casual dining, there is drop-leaf table, 4 chairs and two stools for up to 6 people.

The Pantry has a truly beautiful Dining Room, with a polished grand table that seats up to 8 people.  There is also a large side table. The original fireplace was uncovered, with its bright green tiles and a solid marble surround with mantle. You can cook up a storm in the Kitchen next door for a great family meal with wine, or a pizza night in.

The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your self-catering holiday. Fitted with an electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is ample crockery and cutlery to use, with many wine glasses and champagne flutes to celebrate a special occasion.

Down three steps from the Kitchen is the Utility Room which has a washing machine and a separate dryer. There is an air dryer, iron and ironing board. 

At the very top of The Pantry, is the Master En-suite. Here you have the whole floor to yourself! It has a large kingsize bed central to the room with views from the velux window out towards the estuary.

It has its very own En-suite Bathroom with an extra deep full-size bath and large walk in shower, a WC and wash basin.

The Twin Room is large and spacious, with two Hypnos single beds that can be made into a super-king on request. It has a large triple wardrobe and full-size TV, with a small fold up chair bed too. The Family Bathroom is located next door.

On the same floor as the Family Bathroom are the last two bedrooms.

A Queen Bedroom with large double wardrobe & drawer and a bedside table. There is an original fireplace with a mirror above.

Next door is a Double Bedroom with double aspect windows looking onto the beautiful large clock tower in Looe. This room still has its original fireplace and a TV.

The Family Bathroom is very spacious with a bath, WC, wash basin and a walk-in shower. This room is located on the same floor as three of the bedrooms.

The Halfway Toilet is named as it's halfway up the stairs, just up from the Main Hallway of The Pantry - very handy if the main bathroom is in use. You can never have too many loos (no pun intended!).
